Is your son a climber? Does he swing on anything he can? Have you ever caught him jumping off the swing set? Our beginner boys gymnastics class is a good place for him to channel those impulses. Your son will gain focus, discipline, strength, and flexibility. These skills can be harnessed for any athletic endeavor.
Boys, ages 6 and older, will have have fun in these one hour classes and will maximize their learning. We teach and track, each student, based on the skills they learn on the six main Olympic Gymnastics Events: Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Rings and Floor. Each level of class has a list of skills that each student must meet. When the student achieves these skills , he progresses and then receives a “Golden Ticket” from our coaches.
We evaluate approximately every 12 weeks, but if your child is ready your coach will notify you and the front office.
